VIVADENT LIQUID STRIP REFILL GLYCERIN

A water-soluble glycerin gel applied over composites or resin cements following their placement in a dental restoration.

Its primary function is to prevent the formation of the oxygen-inhibited layer—a thin, soft surface layer that can form on these resins while they light-cure (harden) in the presence of atmospheric oxygen.

This helps to enhance the final finish, hardness, and bond quality between materials, preventing the surface from becoming sticky or compromised in strength.

It is also utilized as a try-in paste or to protect etching patterns on restorations or ceramic pieces during specific laboratory or cementation steps.
