CHARACTERISTICS:

In most cases, grips are made of silicone, an excellent and heat-resistant material, but one whose tactile characteristics can cause carpal tunnel syndrome when used for extended periods, leading to fatigue and pain.
We have opted for a different solution, using a very lightweight (11 g / 0.39 oz.) composite material that is resistant to stress, has a "dry" feel, is non-fatiguing, and provides a secure grip. This material has been tested and is used in the food industry, so it is non-toxic and contains no potentially hazardous substances. Autoclave sterilization does not alter its shape or color. The
grip has different diameters at the handle (10.5 mm / 0.41 in.) and in the center.
